Retail Team – Product Specialist / Sales Associate

Our product specialists work with guests in our showrooms, listen to their ideas and help them find the right pieces to make the home of their dreams. While a big part of the job is learning the ins and outs of our furniture pieces and providing guidance on style, layout and function—it’s just as important to show the customer how the right sectional doubles as the perfect wall for a Sunday morning pillow fort. We believe that your home tells the story of you, and our product specialists play an important role in showing guests options that are both fashionable and functional, to best express their styles and suit their needs.

Guest Relations – Customer Care Center

From the moment a purchase is made in one of our showrooms, guest relations is at the forefront of what we do. The Customer Care Center plays a critical part in our operations. From scheduling and taking inbound calls to handling service and ordering parts, the Customer Care team is always ready to ensure that our guests’ product is in good hands from showroom to living room. All Customer Care Center positions are located at our Prep and Distribution Center in Batavia, NY.

Visual Merchandising

Rows and rows of recliners and sofas just isn’t our thing—and for good reason. Our visual merchandising team takes every piece of product and displays it with accessories like rugs, lamps, tapestries, pillows and wall art that complement the style of a room. Our visual merchandising team helps guests bring their own creativity to life and style the homes of their dreams.

Warehouse + Distribution

Our warehouse and distribution team members are the trusted to make sure that all of our guests’ furnishings arrive safe and sound in their homes. Delivery and moving is just one piece of the puzzle; our warehouse teams carefully unpack, assemble, inspect and prepare every single piece by hand to ensure that nothing enters the guest’s home until it’s perfect.
